If you want to try and take off some of the stress I do recommend temping!! I stopped doing opk's as testing twice a day throughout my cycle was frustrating and annoying so I just got worked up over it!! I stopped them and starting temping, using fertility friend.. All you have to do Is take your temp as soon as you wake up in the morning and input your temp onto fertility friend.. You can also input your cm status or cp to help..
I find it so much less stressful as I know that I am ovulating. Opk's only detect the surge before ovulation.. And you can have a surge without an egg being released. Temping doesn't tell you when you will ovulate, just after you have ovulated..
