Yes you do have to be in post game for it to work but there are more areas the ones i know is an area to the right of the missing lynx cave then in treepidation to the left zip portal on that high area there is a portal then another one is in bemosulem in the room with blue doors only accessible when there is bad weather there should be a portal in that room these portals show up at random in these areas so you never know which one it is so just keep going in and out of these areas and remember a clear sign that a portal is in the area is that there are no monsters lurking about.

You should hace gotten a few from the first run in the main story. I'm not certain, but I think you get one from Rigor Mortex as well. The mirrors can appear in Treepidation in the zip portal area on top of the cliff use B to look up right when you zip there , in Doubtback right outside the Missing Lynx's den, and in the Bemusoleum in the area behind the blue door that you can only get to while its raining. It's random whether or not it spawns in any of those places, so you can just Zoom to Treepidation, Zip to where the mirror is, and then Zoom away and back until you find it.
Once you beat Incarnus 4 times, you can find the Infantus on the far side of the Albatross area where you started the game on the ledge.
