Why isn rizzo in the new muppets

Rizzo's one of those characters like Pepe who needs to be balanced. He has to have the right amount of screentime, and used in the right way, otherwise, he's under-used or over-used.

Just one of those guys. Maybe it's that way because he wasn't very big during TMS. And Bean Bunny, I wouldn't mind if he was brought back, but if he isn't, I wouldn't mind either.
